The Business Development Manager is part of the Crimson Pipeline Management Team, working with the entire Pipeline organization for the safe, profitable transportation of crude oil associated within the Company's control of assets. The primary focus is the management and pursuit of revenue.
This position is responsible for ensuring the Company's compliance with standards, requirements and all state and federal regulations as they relate to cathodic protection and internal corrosion control. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risks related to the Company's Pipeline assets, specifically managing cathodic protection, corrosion mitigation systems, and 3rd party Corrosion contractors.
This position is part of the Engineering Team, working with the entire Pipeline organization, to provide technical support in the field of automation, control, electrical instrumentation, PLC Programing, SCADA engineering necessary to operate Crimson Pipeline assets and the business in a manner that is safe, reliable and compliant with all applicable state and federal regulations. The Automation, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer is responsible for the specification, installation, testing and oversight of any necessary repairs of all types of electrical, electronic and SCADA equipment used in the pipeline operation.
The Pipeline Regulatory Compliance Specialist is part of the team responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, while identifying and mitigating risks related to the company's Pipeline assets. This position assists with compliance function activities related to the assets in California and coordinates the development, implementation and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal and State regulations (such as Operator Qualifications (OQ), Integrity Management Plan, Corrosion Control, API 653 and Emergency Response), PHMSA and CA State Fire Marshall. Ensures compliance with regulations; interprets and communicates existing and proposed regulations and requirements. Coordinates and facilitates preparation of audits of compliance to regulations and is a point of contact for inquires, issues and audits related to regulations. May lead development and implementation of procedures / programs in compliance with DOT Federal and State regulations.
This position is part of the Environmental, Health & Safety Team working with the entire Pipeline organization to provide environmental engineering and monitoring necessary to operate our pipeline assets and the business in a manner that is safe, reliable and compliant with all applicable federal and state compliance regulations; EPA, Regional Air & Water Districts, DTSC, OSHA, DOT, Ca State Fire Marshall, etc. Provide information on design and operating requirements of pipeline facilities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
This position is a part of the Control Center’s Operations Team that operates pipeline systems and associated facilities, safely providing delivery of scheduled crude oil movements in accordance with Company procedures to protect the integrity of the pipeline, the environment and people. Responsibilities include maintaining the Pipeline Controller Training Program, including developing and updating for initial and refresher training and development and documentation of new and updated manuals and operational procedures for existing and new assets. In addition, it ensures compliance with Control Room Management (CRM) requirements as well as company protocol.
This position is part of the Engineering and Regulatory Affairs Team ensuring regulatory compliance department documentation is readily available to provide support to other departments. It handles Compliance documentation and project support services as needed.
